What should you wear?
It is important to wear clothes that are
comfortable and won't restrict your movement. It is your choice if
you want to show your stomach so a T-shirt or a mid-rif top are suitable.
Wear a loose skirt, pants or a pair of leggings that are elasticised at
the top so that they can be placed at hip level.
A hip scarf is very useful as you will be able to see the different
movements that you are creating.
What to bring?
Please bring with you a bottle of water and a towel or yoga mat for performing stretches that are done on the floor.
Class Ethics
